Code Word Activity:
Every successful relationship needs a code word that screams compassion and respect. A code word helps couples gain control over their emotions and practice empathy versus hurting each other.
Alpha Role Activity:
This activity is aimed to help couples create a foundation of balance, consistency, respect and commitment. The activity highlights the impact of chores, tasks, and responsibilities on marriage.

I know that this is a question people are going to have, so please allow me to share why I priced the course at $197.00. This course took over an year to develop. I have spent time and energy creating educational lectures and activities that have been utilized by clients in workshops. Each of the lectures and assignments you receive in this course have individually been studied and tested to analyze it's effectiveness in helping couples improve their relationship, identify predictors of separation, and overcome challenges that create hurt in the relationship. My session fee as a Counselor is $140.00 when working with couples for one session. This course holds close to 10 sessions in total.
The course navigates couples from the introduction of creating a healthy relationship to a platform of stabilization and confidence that they hold the skills necessary to have a successful relationship.
